The information bulletin needs to be downloaded and read carefully with focus on the eligibility part.
The online application forms need to be filled up after candidates read the instructions carefully. The scanned images of candidates’ signature, photograph and the thumb impression of the left hand are needed in JPG format.
After the online application form is carefully filled up, students need to upload scanned images of signature, photograph and the thumb impression of the left hand.
The examination fees need to be paid by credit or debit card or e-challan which is generated after the online application is submitted. Students need to download the acknowledgement slip and keep it safely for future use.
The application fee has been increased this year from Rs. 800 to Rs. 1000 for male candidates under general/Other Backward Classes (OBC) category who will write one paper only.
As per education experts, the online process of applications might be difficult for some students who are not well-versed with computers. Help centers set up by CBSE may be able to address such issues. CBSE has issued a 28-point document consisting of frequently asked questions (FAQs) to clear all doubts of the candidates.
