Step 1 : Go to any cyber café or common service centeror sams resourses center or any pc connected to internet

Step 2 :Log on to www.dheorissa.in& clickthe “online CAF” at the home page.

Step 3 :Common Application form for admission to all junior college in the state of odisha will appear on your computer screen.

Step 4 :Fil up the form carefully.

Step 5 :In the 10^th Point of cafgiven your college name,stream & subject choices carefully.

Note ; Maximum Six Option or choices can be given in one caf by clicking the button “ Add more option”

Step 6 : Filling all the contentsof CAF Click the button “Submit”

Step 7 :The Completed CAF will appear on your computer screen.Verify the information given by you in the CAF again.

Step 8 : If any modifications is required in the CAF then click the button “backto modify” & then do the modifications and click the button “comfirm”.

Step 9 :After a little while  a comfirmation page containing Reference No. &Password will appear on your computer Screen.

Warning : Do not fill up more than one CAF ,In such case candidature become null & void.

Step 10 :Take the printed copy of the CAF BY Clicking on the button “Print college & application copy” on the conformation page.

Step 11 : Affix a color passport size photo(signature on the font) on the college copy.

Step 12 :Bothe the applicant & partners/Guardian should sign date on the college copy.

Step 13 : Attech “self certified” Xerox copies of marksheet,certificate of Reservation,Certificate of weightage and a self addressed envelope(25x10cm) without postage stamp with the college copy.

Step 14 : SubmitCollege copy with requisite fees at any SAMS Resource Center & Collect The MRIN (money receipt cum index number).

Step 15 :Keep the applicant copy having MRIN with you  as your Acknowledgement Receipt & wait for the publication of selection list.
